I've listened to your CD on "No Wimps" and thoroughly enjoyed it. I agree with everything except for one thing. I think that the bible can be read from the front cover to the back cover by some people once they have knowledge of the new testament and saving grace of Christ. In fact, the pictures of faith and the struggles and submission to God's will and the personal relationships exhibited in the old Testament had a greater impact for me in dealing with my struggles. For instance, submitting to the will of God and trusting him to deal with your enemies rather than worrying about them and trying to fight the battles yourself were highlighted in how David dealt with Saul. Remember David had the opportunity to allow one of his men to drive Saul into the ground while Saul slept, or how David spared the life of the man who was cursing him while he was fleeing from his son (who was trying to kill David- but David still loved him in spite of that) because he thought the man cursing him might be a messenger from God to keep him humble, etc. Now those stories were not for WIMPS!
